Like the villa mentioned earlier, this house symbolically mimics farm buildings. Here we see its Neo-Québec style, built in 1934, which reflects a desire to return to one’s roots.
This residence also includes a roof attic featuring dormer windows on its front and rear facades. You can also see its front porch, which is very similar to the one at 6 avenue Carter. Furthermore, there is a parallel to be drawn regarding the placement of the openings in the facades of both properties.
Historical Significance
This building has significant historical value due to its style which is representative and well-executed, as well as its significant age.

The gable wall on the right side of this house has a unique feature in the neighborhood. Notice the tree openings arranged to create a gradient pattern, hinting at the presence of a staircase on that wall inside the house.
